Mel Barlow-Graham took first place in the ladies field, winning the female veteran prize, with a finish time of 36:41min (14:28 swim; 21:31 run).    She was followed home by Caz O’Haire (also Tri Sport Epping) in 39:03 and Stortford Tri’s Jenny Latham in 40:10.     The female senior category was won by Holly Nairn of Harlow Running Club, finishing fourth overall in the ladies in 40:26.
