Ray Butler competed in the Run Rider Duathlon in Bristol. He competed as a relay team with his brother-in-law (Sam Mitchell), with Ray doing the running and Sam on the mountain biking leg. Dani Welter competed in the London triathlon (sprint distance) yesterday, finishing in 1:41:37 (swim 00:16:49, T1 00:04:41, bike 00:47:25, T2 00:02:44, run 00:30:01, 1060th out of 1806 finishers in that distance and 65th out of 155 in category F25-29), a PB of almost 8 minutes over her time last year! The RG Active Speedo 3-Lakes swim at Redricks lakes is a novel event consisting of swimming and running in and between each of the 3 lakes.
